I purchased this property in 2005 from the owners who had built the villa and had been successfully letting it. I simply fell in love with it and realised that it would be a wonderful place for us to return to as a couple and with all our now grown up kids. Over the last two and half years we have let the house to several return guests as well as new ones, and the house has been host to each one of our four children with partners and friends. As well as that we have spent five wonderful holidays there ourselves. Perfect. 

There are stunning unspoilt beaches four minutes away from the villa by car. A car is essential as the villa is in the hills. On these beaches there are several restaurants serving both Thai and international food.Ten minutes away by car is the town of Nathon with a Tesco store and many shops. 7 minutes by car is the town of Maenam, with many restaurants, open food markets and small supermarkets. Golf, tennis, fishing, sailing, windsurfing and watersports are all nearby. 

Villa Nirvana is a beautiful villa set in the hills on the private Santi Thani Estate. The villa has been cleverely designed to incorporate a wealth of advantages including light, airy rooms, cool dispersal of breezes throughout the house, stunning views over the Gulf of Siam to the Anthong islands, plenty of different areas for people to sit and relax and a general feeling of ease.

It is a very welcoming villa and is extremely popular with people who have visited in the past, as can be witnessed from the many enthusiastic comments in the guest books.

Whether you are looking for a quiet 'chillout' holiday, romance or sporting fun you will find that the villa supports your mood and is always a welcome home to walk into.

During your stay maids will clean the house twice per week. This can be easily increased if you so wish. Your bedlinen and towels will be changed every three days. There are plenty of extra towels for the swimming pool. The gardens will be kept watered and tidy and your pool will be checked and cleaned regularily.

Car Hire can be arranged for you and the car can be delivered to the villa.







 

There are sea and mountain views from the villa. The villa is supplied with a large shade for the table outside. There are lights in the pool and around the house lighting up the garden and car port. Included in the cost of your stay the villa will be cleaned by maids twice a week and your bedlinen and towels will be changed every three days. Should you require further maid service this can be easily arranged. The garden will be watered and kept tidy during your stay and your pool will be checked and cleaned regularly. Car hire can be arranged and the car can be delivered to the villa on your arrival.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views.
