Villa Talay Sai offers you some of the most spectacular sea views on Koh Samui. It is conveniently located near the airport, not far from the major tourist destination but once you are inside you feel like you are in a remote island paradise. Our luxurious new villa has breathtaking views of Tongson Bay, four large master bedrooms with private sea view balconies, a private 12 meter infinity pool, 24 hour security and a quiet but central location not far from the action. Every room has beautiful sea views, even the bathrooms. The villa sits on a hill about 100 meters from Tongson Beach so that you get the best of both worlds: a villa near the beach and a villa with breathtaking views from every room. Some of the most exclusive homes and resorts are located in this area and there is a private road leading to the villa with 24 hour security. Our staff and manager are here to help make your holiday one of the best ever.  

Bedrooms: Our villa has four Master Suites with King Size beds. The three Master Suites upstairs have four post canopy style beds. All bedrooms have aircon, ceiling fans, safes, private balconies and stunning sea views. All bedrooms also have a personal digital safe for your valuables.

Bathrooms: All four Master Bathrooms have full size bathtubs with sea views, rain water showers, and are finished with granite, nonslip tiles, and teak wood.

Kitchen: The large kitchen has a large freezer/fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee grinder, toaster and a comfortable teak table to enjoy the views from the kitchen. Fine dinnerware and table settings are included.

Living Rooms: The living/dining area has a dining table that seats 8 persons. The wood floor, the modern tropical furniture, large Thai Silk pillows and various artworks give the room a cozy but luxurious feeling. Enjoy movies on the Home Theatre System with a 42" TV. Large windows in the rear of the room look on to a beautiful garden with lighting. The large sliding doors in the fron of the room look on to the magnificent views of Tongson Bay.

The Villa Manager is on call and can assist you with all your needs. Bed Linen and towels will be changed as needed or every three days.


 

Carved wood doors, tropical plants and subtel lighting give a magical luxurious feeling to the outside areas. The large 12 x 4 meter swimming pool offers some of the most spectacular views on Koh Samui. The spacious wood Thai Sala (gazebo) on the pool deck with seating offers a calm refuge to read a book, chat with friends, an afternoon nap or a relaxing Thai massage.

Teak lounge chairs and tables allow you to soak up the sun or enjoy the views. An outdoor dining table for 8 persons on the pool deck lets you enjoy dinner or lunch with a cool sea breeze, privacy and views that no restaraunt can offer.  

Villa Talay Sai has everything you need for a fun filled and relaxing holiday. Smoking is permited on the balconies and terraces only. We also have a High Speed Wi-Fi Internet connection if you have a laptop. We can assist you if you would like to rent a car, book a tour, scuba or snorkeling trip and point you to our favorite places to eat nearby and elsewhere on the island. We can also arrange for Thai Massage in the villa for a very reasonable price.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

There are only about 5 steps down to the main floor of the villa. One of the Master Suites is also on this main floor.  

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, historic sites, a zoo.

The quality of the furnishings, etc. is first class and assuming that a car is used the villa is well located for good quality bars and restaraunts.
