The 5200 sq foot (484 sqm) villa is nestled in a 16,000 sq foot (1700 sqm) garden and is located in a quiet enclave, thereby ensuring our guests privacy and relaxation. Ao Nam Mao beach is just 500 m away. Breda Beach villa is designed for friends and family who wish to holiday together - privately and peacefully.

The villa, which sleeps up to 8 in three bedrooms, occupy a walled garden of 1700sqm with its own swimming pool. Secondly, it is for your exclusive use: no other guests are present to bother you, or take your place at the poolside.Amenities are above and beyond those found in most hotels: an air-conditioned TV room, with satellite channels, DVD player and movies; an ADSL internet connection, plus a wireless network that allows you to use your laptop anywhere on the premises (complimentary); a fully-equipped kitchen (to prepare the fresh fish caught on the day's fishing trip?); plus a huge lounge, dining room and terrace where you can relax.
The villa's interior is a combination of Modern and Thai chic. The high quality fabric and furnishings are pure luxury. All bedrooms are air-conditioned; the kitchen and lounge are open plan and open air.
The property is cleaned on a daily basis. Staff are also available to cook and give massage and beauty treatments in-house, on request.

I designed Breda Beach villa with luxury, pleasure and convenience in mind. The villa is well maintained - the sheets, towels and rooms are cleaned daily. The bedrooms are air-conditioned to provide you with a cool night's sleep. .

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the living room, 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a microwave, a fridge, a toaster. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
