It is so close to shopping malls, in fact within a five minute cab ride you can be at 2 very large one's and nine minutes gets you to The Mall of Asia, The newest and the largest in Philippines. Nightlife is all around right here in the tourist belt. restaurants, bars, historical places of interest and not forgetting the people, wonderful and friendly.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym.

We had a wonderful time there, the view was awesome and the people were excellent.

The room made us very comfortable during our stay. the pool and laundry also made the stay

This is was a great place to stay in Manila.
It is clean, modern, the view is fantastic and it is conveniently located. Lots within walking distance, jeepneys and taxis just outside the foyer to anywhere else. A pool, sauna, gym and laundry

within the building all added up to make this the perfect base for our holiday.
From our point of view, the flexibility and privacy of a condo made it much better accommodation

than a hotel. As well as that Trevor and Tess really made us feel welcome and at home.
Altogether a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

very clean and a home away from home. convenient for cabs/taxis,

shopping centers/malls are a stones throw away,

the condo is safe with great amenities. will be staying here again in the future.

building has a beautiful view of Manila Bay. It was
great to have the DSL access. Trevor and Teresa
are wonderful hosts and were very accommodating
when we moved from another of their properties.

I am a return guest..... Why? Because it was nice, and I stayed at 2 of Trevor’s units before,

this time

I tried the Malate unit, which is close to the Bay, nice morning walk, close to Embassy, Zoo,

and we went to many different malls.... facility is good and we just enjoy

staying there better than hotel where you (should) get out everyday to let them clean the room.

We choose to stay with Trevor/Tess.... both are very accommodating,

and fit out uncertain schedule perfectly.... Highly Recommended.

I have many pleasant words for Trevor & Terisita but for now I will stick to the theme of the Condo

which we rented for my future Father & Mother in-law to come to Manila from Zambonga to meet me

for the first time! Boy did they ever love the accommodations, We stayed in 2802 which is a palace owned by the Goftons also and being three floors away we had plenty of family time.

The Manila Zoo is only five minutes away by foot and gave us time to to stroll about and get some fantastic photo's. I would never trust my Family with anyone else.
