Our property is recently built and furnished in a blend of European style with traditional Thai craftsmanship. Many of the furnishings have been hand made and the décor will suit the most demanding of tastes.. The living and sleeping areas are fully air-conditioned to keep you cool during even the hottest of tropical days, and all rooms feature ceiling fans for the days when you don't need it. All downstairs floors are finished in polished marble, and the kitchen features granite worktops and is fully equipped with everything you’d expect to find.

The lounge comes complete with Cable TV, DVD player and Home Cinema Surround Sound. Your maid will come every day (unless you ask otherwise) to ensure everything is kept clean for you.

The villa’s private gardens are fully landscaped and have outside seating and a rustic bench. Should you get too hot, there is a Communal Pool within a few metres - this is not a holiday complex, but an executive development where most people are actually residents and so the pool is generally free for you to enjoy alone.

The villa has four double bedrooms, three of which have en-suite facilities and a fourth bathroom is available on the ground floor. The upstairs floors are tiled and two of the bedrooms have balconies. Towels and linen are provided for your use.
 

Pattaya Beach - Pattaya has a 3 kilometre curved shaped beach with refreshing tropical greenery, the northern area is more tranquil and favoured by tourists. Swimming, relaxation and many water sports are available, the central and southern areas are packed with restaurants, bars, department stores, gift shops, night clubs and amusement centres.

Ko Lan - Lying some 7.5 kilometres off Pattaya beach , a 45 minute ferry ride or some 10 minutes by speed boat. The Island measuring some 2 kilometres by 5 kilometres offers several white sandy beaches with it's off shore coral reefs which can be viewed from the glass bottomed boats or snorkelling, jet skiing facilities are also available.

Khao Phra Bat (Khao Pattaya) - This small peak accessed by an asphalt road provides an amazing view over Pattaya City and the bay. This site has been developed and is currently the site of the Naval Sor Tor Radio station, there is also a monument to “Kromluangchumphon” known as the father to the Royal Thai Navy. A Buddha image is enshrined on the hilltop.

The Million Year Stone Park and Crocodile Farm - a very popular botanical garden with many rare plants and beautiful landscapes. Must see - fossilized plants over a million years old, 200 year old bonsai, dwarf horses, crocodile pools, rare animals. Crocodile shows performed daily.

Suan Chaloemphrakiat - A small park dedicated to His Majesty the King's 60th birthday which contains a wide variety of flowering plants and is the favourite place for joggers.

Golf has been a major sport in Thailand since the 1920s when the first championship course was opened. There are now over 200 golf courses in the kingdom and 18 of the finest can be found in the Pattaya area and within easy reach of the property.

Although the courses are of Intenational standard, the prices reflect the low cost of everything in Pattaya. Weekday visitors' green-fees cost around 500 Baht, and another 200 Baht will get you a professional caddy. The Eastern Seaboard Golf Club will allocate International handicaps according to the USGA rules upon reseipt of your score card.

Raquet sports - Tennis courts are available at most of the leading hotels, Squash is available at the Dusit Resort Pattaya and the Ambassador City, Jomtien Beach and Pattaya Badminton Court on Soi 17 is open 24 hours daily.

Our price includes a daily maid service and FREE use of a current model crewcab - Toyota Vigo or similar during your stay. An extra sofa bed is available if required.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Can be placed in the bedroom or living area.. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The Villa has no major steps to climb and can be comfortably accessed by wheelchairs. There is also a down stairs shower room and we can supply a wheelchair onsite that will pass through the narrower bathroom doors. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, a restaurant.
