We have two identical new solid houses, which sleep nine people. Upstairs there are three king size bedrooms, one with ensuite and balcony, and a further shower room. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one twin and one single, and a shower room. Open plan living encompasses the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Tastefully furnished with locally made furniture. All floors are tiled and each room has air conditioning. There is a small lawn to the rear of the house. There is filtered drinking water, microwave oven, oven, fridge, electric hot water, all crockery and cutlery, all bedding, and bath towels. There is a small music system.

There are also many sightseeing activities which are too numerous to mention here but can be easily found. This can truely be many types of holidays in one: Active, Sporty, Family, Sightseeing, Relaxing, Shopping, Partying.

After turning off the busy Sukhamvit Road you will find yourself in a quiet village, you will pass a convenience store run by the locals and a few houses before you get to our villa, you will find our relaxing pool and BBQ area next to the villas.
The village is populated by holiday makers, expatriates from many countries and Thais. All of whom will make you feel welcome and want to stay.
It is self-catering but we believe that most people will take advantage of the Restaurants or British cafes. Western food is available in larger supermarkets (Lotus, Tesco)nearby. A laundry service is available locally.
There are quiet family run restaurants and bars near by and busier restaurants and bars a shot drive away.
There is a post office, internet cafe and other shops in a nearby village.There are also fishing villages with more restaurants and shops nearby. Boats can be hired for trips to the islands with quiet beaches and sightseeing.
 

The swimming pool is adjacent to the villa, it has walk in steps and is about 5'6" at its deepest and big enough for the arranged scuba courses. The pool facilities include a shower, toilet, change room, BBQ area, kitchen bar area with plenty of shaded seating and sun loungers around the pool.
The beach is literally a five minute walk down a quiet lane from the front door of the villa. Made up of long sandy stretches punctuated by stone and rock formations, it is great for laying out in the sun or under an umbrella to read your book, or go in for a dip to cool off. This beach is ideal for wind surfing and swimming, there is a safe rock pool for the kids to paddle in.
 

The facilities in this villa will make you feel as though you are at home. Every thing is to hand to make your stay as comortable as possible.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Although there is one step up into the front door those with limited agility will find bedrooms and a walk in level entry shower on the ground floor. The pool has easy access steps at one end. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
