Our villa is one of four new solid houses, which sleep nine people. Upstairs there are three king size bedrooms, and two shower rooms (one is en suite with bath to master bedroom with balcony). Downstairs are two bedrooms, one twin and one single, and a shower room. Open plan living encompasses the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Tastefully furnished with locally made furniture. All floors are tiled and each room has air conditioning. There is a small lawned area to the rear of the house.
 

There is filtered drinking water, microwave oven, oven, fridge, electric hot water, all crockery and cutlery, all bedding, and bath towels. There is a music system. It is self-catering but we believe that most people will take advantage of the local Thai Restaurants or British cafes. Western food is available in larger supermarkets nearby. A laundry service is available locally.
 

The swimming pool is adjacent to the villa, it has walk in steps and is about 5'6" at its deepest and big enough for the arranged scuba courses. The pool facilities include a shower, toilet, change room, BBQ area, kitchen bar area with plenty of shaded seating and sun loungers around the pool.
The beach is literally a five minute walk down a quiet lane from the front door of the villa. Made up of long sandy stretches punctuated by stone and rock formations it is great for laying out in the sun or under an umbrella to read your book, or go in for a dip to cool off. This beach is ideal for wind surfing and swimming, there is a safe rock pool for the kids to paddle in.
 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Although there is one step up into the front door there are two bedrooms and a level entry shower on the ground floor.. There is easy access to the pool area and the pool has easy shallow entry steps at one end. Not ideal for wheel chairs but good for those with limited agility. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, golf, tennis, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
