Leslie says: "I thought overall that it was expensive, especially when having to pay the electric bills too. My first weeks electric bill was over 15,000 Thai Baht. The house and grounds itself was delightful, but rather out of the way and we were a bit stuck as we didn't want to hire a car. The Maid was excellent and the aminities in the Villa were very good too."

Owner reply:
i wont to thank Leslie for all the nice things he says about our villa. with regards to his electric bill. he only paid for the electric that was used.this was high because in the first week off there stay all 7 air conditioning units were left on 24 hours a day. allso the garden flood lights were left on day and night, when this was pionted out to the customer the electric bill was much less.
