The location does require a car preferrably but taxis are readily available of course, we can arrange any kind of vehicle fir your stay and pick up/drop of for you at airport. Local attractions are many and include crocodile farm (zoo), elephant trekking, water sports on sea and in reservoir, fishing sea and parks, tennis etc availabe in local hotels. Pattaya is only 10 minutes away and offers lively and varied options to cater for all tastes. Shopping is good in local markets and international stores with prices very competitive indeed. We have a 7/11 and open market within 800 meters of the house and also some nice local restaurants. All in all this house provides a wonderful base for your holiday and is a safe haven with privacy when required. The house comprises as follows: downstairs kitchen, sitting room, dining room, living room, office/bedroom, bathroom, laundry, stores room all main rooms opening to pool area with large sliding doors. Upstaires are two bedrooms, master with over 50m2 of space and walk in clothes room plus very large bathroom, second bedroom is apx 20m2 with own btahroom. Both bedrooms have balconies of 16m2 each. The guest bungalow in the garden is a large bedroon and sitting room combined with large bathroom giving added privavcy for some guests. The gardens are lovery tropical with well laid and maintained areas, we also havea covered car port and electric entrnace gate to the property. Security is 24.7 on site and is well maintained at all times, both garden and pool are maintained reulary and in kept in best of order. We have a charcoal grill availablea s well as plent of garden furniture to enjoy the warm days and nighst oustide. 

 

 

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double and 2 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
