Very secluded and private. Sea front Spanish Villa in the Philippines. We provide free pick up and drop off. We have an air conditioned mini van for rent as well as motor bike rental. Ideally situated just 15 minutes from airports, shopping malls, movie theaters,wharfs, and major resort areas yet private and quiet. We have on site manager and maid to cater to your needs. For an additional $11 dollars per day we provide a cook. We also have catering. Maid service is complimentary. This is a unique property that echoes old European charm and character yet is situated on a cliff overlooking crystalline waters of the Mindanao Sea. 80 stone steps lead to a small private beach. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 single. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the portable type. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
