The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.
