Gym Facility: Directly across the street from the villa is the Eden Resort which has a fully equipped fitness centre available for use by our customers at rates that are usually reserved for Edens members only. All you need to do is let us know that you would like to use their Gym and we will give a voucher so that they can give you the special rates. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Storage, please ask us if needed, 1 double sofa bed located in the Ground Floor. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

Patak Soi 18 has a Spa, Gym, Bar, Hairdresser and Restaurants all within a 3 minute walk.
