All you need to do is let us know that you would like to use their Gym and we will give a voucher so that they can give you the special rates. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Storage, please ask us if needed, 1 double sofa bed located in the Ground Floor. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
