Beautiful self contained beach house situated on the white sandy beaches of Thalpe. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and a quick tuc tuc to Unawatuna, Galle and 5-star hotel dining and spas. The house is fully contained with air conditioning, dishwasher, 6-burner gas stove sleeping 6. There are two lovely bathrooms - one in, and the other outside giving a view of the beach at all times. A caretaker is always on site, providing breakfast daily, and responding to any requests of guests including additional catering, groceries, sight seeing, laundry and transportation. A beautiful house, architectually designed and positioned to make the most of the beautiful beach and palm tree views. Sit back, enjoy a cool drink and decide what fresh seafood you are having for dinner. 

The southern beaches of Sri Lanka are famous for their surf and fabulous fishing spots. The house is only moments away from Unawatuna, and ten minutes from Galle by tuc tuc where you can book scuba, surf and or fishing trips. Travelling inland, you can visit a number of very important and lovely temples passing rice paddy fields and tea/cinnamon plantations along the way.

Sri Lanka is also famous for its precious and semi-precious stones with jewellers available to make pieces on request. Take photos along so you are well prepared if this interests you.

Spa and health facilities are available in a number of the 5*star hotels locally including the Fortress Hotel at Kogalla or the AmanGala in Galle.
 

 

Breakfast is included on a daily basis along with other meals on request. A washing machine and line are available, however, laundry can also be done externally on request.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the TV room/library. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

There are no stairs and a caretaker is available at all times to assist with transportation, cooking and or sight seeing. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a garden, a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, scuba diving.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, mountain biking, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find ...nothing specified.

Temples, spice gardens, elephant and turtle conservation parks.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Had a ball - loved the house, especially the outdoor bath and shower. Make sure you take your own wine/champagne as difficult to find good stuff locally. Great food (Deepika's curries etc) but no deli food readily available. Very relaxing and good times had by all.
