This house is situated in an exclusive area in one of the most prestigious & echo friendly housing complexes in Sri Lanka situated close to the Katunayake Int'l airport (20-30 mins). It is a 45-60 minute drive to Colombo city centre from this location & only a short drive to the beach & the popular seaside resort of Negombo is 30 mins away. There a buses from the complex to Colombo, JaEla etc.

We bought this property because its ideally located for holiday makers in a quiet, relaxing environment with all the amenities you need within the complex. The house is located close to the airport which is ideal after a long flight. Your are about 30 minutes away from the popular resort of Negombo to pursue all your sea & beach interests. The local beach is about 15 minutes away. The capital Colombo is 45-60 mins away to frequent the main shopping centres, night clubs, casino’s, restaurants etc. Colombo is on par with any capital city in the world. Being a popular beach resort Negombo also offers great places to eat.

In JaEla itself you will find KFC and Pizza Hut. Mcdonalds is about 20 minutes away towards Colombo if the kids want their favourite fast foods. There are local and Chinese take aways too near by.


 

We can arrange transport for you from here to visit all the sights in Sri Lanka, e.g., Kandy, the elephant orphanage in Pinnawala, The rock fortress in Sigiria, the ancient city of Anuradapura, tea estates etc. We can arrange your car hire with or without a driver. Sri Lankan prices are comparatively very cheap and a A/C car with driver will cost you approx £15-20 pounds per day. There are buses from the complex to Colombo, JaEla etc. Taxi's and 3 wheel Tuc Tuc's are also availble.
 

24 Hour Security. Also available within the complex are shops, Cafe, Bakery, Doctors surgery, pharmacy, hair saloon, jogging tracks, childrens playground, lake.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a patio area, a balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the house you will find water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing.
