The St Theodore Beach Park is a very beautiful forested area next to the sea and is one of the most popular beaches in the Athens area. The park has nice walkways for long walks or bicycle rides, a play ground for children, tennis and basket ball courts, as well as a couple of little taverns by the water.

The village of St Theodore is a 10-15 minute easy walking distance from the cottage and offers anything and everything needed for an evening out on the town or a comfortable stay at home. There are multiple banks, pharmacies, super markets, eating places, and a couple of tourist shops.

The village has a beautiful seashore boardwalk packed with restaurants, taverns and ice cream places a bit of everything for the family to enjoy.

The nearby town of Loutraki offers a delightful ice cream pallor nested in the side of a mountain overlooking the Bay of Corinth, hot mineral baths, and, for the gaming inclined, an excellent casino.


Downtown Athens and the Athens airport are easily and rapidly accessible by car using controlled access highways or by using Greeces new high speed rail system or its modernized inter-city buses only about one hours travel time is needed.

After exploring Athens and seeing its sites, day trips into Corinth, Epidavros, Mycenae, Olympia, Cape Sounion, Marathon, and Delphi are all easily accomplished wihtin a days trip from St Theodore.
 

Our home is a detached villa of 90 sq m of living space, with a large fenced in garden.

It has a great room (kitchen, living area with fireplace, and dining area), one bathroom and three bedrooms sleeping six. One bedroom can double as sun room. It also has a nice covered front porch.

All the kitchen appliances are high quality. We renovated out home in 2004 with new kitchen cabinets, electrical appliances, windows, doors, plastered walls, and bathroom. The covered front porch overlooks the pine and olive tree yard where one can barbeque, enjoy the greenery, and where children can safely play.

The beach park is across the cottage, therefore, most of the view is that of Pine trees and a glimse of the sea.

The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Living room and thrid bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the cottage cool.

The cottage has television.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

With the exception of 3 steps to the villa, the house has no steps and a walk in shower. 

The location of the cottage means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque.

The cottage is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, tennis, a restaurant.

Close to the cottage you will find historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Paul says: "We had a great time in this luxurious and well equipped house for a family with children such as ours (3 small children). The location is excellent towards the pebble beach and the great beach restaurant on it. The location is great for exploring the region, Peloponessos and Athens. I could only imagine that the route description to the house is improved since it is hard to find! The location close to the beach and road makes it noisy, especially in the weekends. As I said, i would certainly recommend it. "
