The 2 bedroom apartment is an elevated ground floor maisonette, facing green area with open views facing Rabat and Mdina.

When you enter you have an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with T.V.
Then you have a bathroom and shower.
The Main bedroom has 3 single beds. To make 1 double bed you need to move 2 single beds next to each other. The main bedroom has an en suite shower room.
In the 2nd Spare bedroom there are 2 single beds.
An extra bed can be provided in the living room
At the back of the apartment there is a yard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooker and gas hob, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, kitchen pots and utensils.
Iron and iron board and washing machine are available.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
You need to bring your beach towels.
Fans are available.
Air-condition are available in the kitchen and in the main bedroom, but for these you need to pay extra. Depends how much unit you use, you will pay for it.
Attard is in the center of Malta. A bus stop is 5 minutes away from the apartment, which takes you to Valletta and to Rabat. 

Transport from airport to the apartment is available on request

There is a € 200 breakage deposit.
This must be given it to us before entering the apartment.
The breakage deposit will be given back to you before you leave the flat if nothing damage had been done to the apartment. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the One in the Living area and the other in the double bedroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.
