LoustalNeuf (“the new house” in the local patois) has a double and a triple bedroom, and masses of space. It has its own walled garden and shaded outside dining area, and is separated from the next-door property by 6 foot thick stone walls. Its very private., but also has access to the 7 acres of grounds shared with the other two houses on the Domaine and the shared swimming pool.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE "SLEEPING" SECTION BELOW IS WRONG. THE 2nd BEDROOM IS NOT A TWIN IT IS A VERY SPACIOUS TRIPLE-BEDDED ROOM WITH THREE PROPER BEDS. (This is because the people who run this site have not thought of the possibility of a three-bedded room. One day they might get it right!). Tell us, and we can also provide a cot.

The house has been virtually rebuilt, with new outside walls and a new roof we have entirely remodelled the inside to maintain as many local features as possible, but with space and convenience undreamt of when it was built 140 years ago.

It is a big house, with spacious accommodation and all the facilities for five people to enjoy real comfort, and to savour the glorious views over the large, shared pool and the surrounding hills towards the Pyrenees on the southern horizon.

The farm house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The farm house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the farm house include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this farm house.

The farm house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The farm house is right beside swimming.

Close to the farm house you will find cycling, horse riding, tennis, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the farm house you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, walking, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, golf, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

On-site there's football, basket ball, boules and table-tennis .
