4 bedroom villa with private pool situated in the sought after residential area of Ayia Napa enjoying beautiful sea views. The villa is only minutes from the famous Nissi beach and located 5 minutes from WaterWorld - largest themed water park in Europe. This spacious villa is arranged over 3 floors with private roof terrace at the top and balconies from all the bedrooms. The property will sleep 8 people & has 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom, an en-suite to the master bedroom and downstairs a WC with shower. There is a spacious dinning area leading to a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor, etc. The living room and the dinning room both have sliding doors to patio over looking the front landscaped garden with lawn and fruit trees. The private pool with sun-beds is at the back offering privacy. The villa has air-conditioning in all the rooms.

Ayia Napa town centre is within approximately 3 minutes drive and Protaras town centre within 15 minutes drive. The famous Ayia Napa bars, restaurants, shops, mini-markets are easily accessible and the popular Nissi beach is minutes away. Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: I have to say this was one of the best holidays ive ever had and Villa Evergreen was unbelievable! It was a lovely villa and exceeded my expectations on how nice it was. The only thing i can say that was bad was the fact it is in a residential area and we did not know.
We had a few complaints from the neighbours, Not that we were very loud but everyone who stays there either owns them or they work and we were the only holiday people renting, Which was bad for them. The other thing was it isnt a 5 minute walk to anywhere more like 15-20 and it is far to dark to walk back home so if you do not have a car which i recommend you get. It will cost you alot in taxis. Minus that i would recommend this to a family not young teenagers as it is a beautiful quiet villa. Honestly out of ten id give it a 9! Totally beautiful place.
