Villa Santhi sits right on the beach on the outskirts of Lovina in North Bali. This peaceful beachfront setting offers wonderful ocean, mountain and ricefield views and breathtaking sunsets. It is outside the main tourist area but close to several good bars, restaurants and facilities.

There are plenty of things to see and do in the area, including dolphin watching, diving, snorkelling, climbing, trekking, golf, tennis and water sports. It is convenient for the awesome volcano and lake at Kintamani, Bali Batat national park (for trekking and bird watching), Banjar hot springs, Git Git multi-tier waterfalls and Menjangan Island (for scuba diving). There are also several fascinating and exuberantly carved Hindu temples in the area.

Being conveniently close to several places of interest, the villa is ideally situated for discovering the real Bali. Every journey begins on quiet roads through picturesque scenery.

The villa is set in beautiful tropical gardens with a large private "infinity-effect" swimming pool, fish-pond, Balinese pavillion, statues and water features. Guests who stay at villa Santhi get exclusive use of the whole villa, garden and pool. 

Villa Santhi is far more than a great building in a great location. What makes it stand out above the rest is the service. The villa is fully serviced by team of genuinely friendly Balinese staff. Services includes concierge, driving, cooking, cleaning, house-keeping, washing, spa/massage, waitress service, entertainment, guided excursions, and 24 hour security.

As a guest at Villa Santhi, you can just relax as you are waited on and pampered by our staff. Nothing is too much trouble and you will feel truly uplifted by the experience. Should you require a greater level of privacy, you can of course instruct the staff to leave you to enjoy the entire villa and grounds. We have a phone system, so you can always call up to order whatever you need.

The staff love to share their culture with guests and would be delighted to invite you to traditional ceremonies and demonstrate traditional Balinese dance, cookery and handicrafts. 

Villa Santhi is a modern 2 floor holiday home. It has 2 main bedrooms plus one spare/guest bedroom. The upstairs master bedroom features an extra king size (200cm) Slumberland mattress. The downstairs bedroom can be configured an extra king size double or a pair of singles, both with Slumberland mattresses. There are bathrooms and dressing rooms on both floors. The upstairs bathroom features a large open air bathtub and the downstairs bathroom features a semi-open multi-jet shower. There is a fully fitted kitchen and dining room downstairs. Upstairs there is a lounge and study.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

We have a path, without steps, running from the parking area to the villa entrance. There are no steps inside the ground floor of the villa and it is easy for a wheelchair user to roll out onto the terrace and pool as there are no changes of level. All the doors are generously sized, so should be easy to pass through. Boats can pick up guests (for dolphin trips, snorkelling, etc.) from the beach directly in front of the villa. Our staff are very considerate and understanding of disabilities and will do their utmost to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing, climbing, horse riding, golf.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: My wife and I spent a week in Villa Santhi in April 08. It is amazing. The villa caters for all your needs, the attention to detail is second to none. Katut the chef is top class and will cook you anything you want. We felt like rock stars and were waited on hand and foot. We had spa sessions, were taken out on a boat to watch the dolphins and Komang the manager can personally take you out on trips. We did the Royal Palace at Singaraja where we met the old King of Bali's grandson and went to an amazing 200ft waterfall ( not gitgit ) where there was no other people, we had it all to ourselves. The rooms are out of this world, the infinity pool overlooking the beach / ocean is awesome and def have the "dinner extravaganza" on the beach. If you are in North Bali / Lovina, def stay here you won't regret it.
