The property is located 15mins from the new airport, 30 mins from the shops and sights of Bangkok including the Nightlife bars , Discos and restaurants. 75mins drive on the new expressway to Pataya with Beaches etc.

Downstairs : Double teak door entrance with imported granite floor opening into a large open plan living area with solid wood floors including a TV area with 55in TV with Cable, DVD etc this area has seating for 6 with reclining chairs with footrests. The living room area has seating for 6-8 facing out to the pool. The round Italian marble dining table has seating for 8. The living room has full length windows and sliding doors on two sides opening to the pool and terrace.
The whole house is air conditioned as required with 10 individual split system units that are individually controlled.
There is a bar with drinks fridge, sink and a WC
There is a large office downstairs overlooking the pool and garden with large desk and chairs, storage units etc and a music system (CD + Radio) which transmits to a pool terrace speaker.

Wireless internet is available through most of the house and garden.

There is a changing area with cuboards and a full Bathroom with shower in this area with access from the pool terrace .

There are two Kitchens a European style kitchen with granite tops and fitted with filter water unit to the fridge for ice and drinking water, large 2 door fridge /freezer, Oven/ microwave, ceramic cook top with extractor, dish washer, sink disposal unit, high and low storage cupboards air conditioning.
Outside going to the car parking there is a Thai Kitchen with gas cooking, sink, Worktops, Washing machine etc also two maid bedrooms and a maid bathroom.
 

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and two single bedrooms all with solid wood floors, the 3 doubles have their own bathrooms . The main bedroom overlooks the pool and lake is very large with sitting area , dressing / vanity area with Granite tops and cupboards, two large walk in clothes storage / dressing areas, a large Bathroom with double bath and separate shower with jet system, twin sinks.
European Hot and cold water throughout the house at all sinks, showers and baths from a central piped hot water system.

Garden and pool
Outside there is access from the road via two automatic opening gates with parking undercover for 3 cars. The garden is Thai style with tropical plants, Palms and mature trees, outside lighting, a double swing seat, a 4 seat dining table and chairs, two recline colonial chairs and drinks table. The pool (8m x 4, 1.5 to 1.2m deep) a spa with jets and a child’s paddling pool area (800mm deep) is surrounded by a terrace overlooking the back garden and lake. The pool has a salt based chlorination system and is maintained on a weekly basis.
The Garden is walled on 3 sides but open at the back to the lake, there are no overlooking houses giving total privacy.




 

The location is very quiet with no overlooking houses, relax in the pool and spa (the pool has a shallow childrens pool as well) , Play golf if you desire or visit the nearby shopping Malls. Their are several zoos nearby and a water park.

Access to central Bangkok is by expressway / toll road and there you have access to all the Historic sights, the River, Temples, shopping , restaurants and nightlife.
 

Their is covered parking inside the property for 3 cars, also two maid rooms with bathroom. Their is a second "Thai" kitchen with Gas cooking open air

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Spare room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
