The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the DOWNSTAIRS BED ROODM. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Virginia says: "Accomodation exactly as described and actually within walking distance of 2 very different but good beaches. One beach, 5 minutes walk away on Speightstown side of Port Charles marina, clean but busy. Other beach, 10 minutes walk away on other side of Port Charles, almost deserted most of the time, but no lifeguards etc. However friendly fish stalls and rum shack close by. Excellent welcome to the property and very helpful. Fresh limes and coconuts in the garden, lovely. No satellite TV channels, but did not miss this."
