This 3-bedroom accommodation on the west coast of Barbados, occupies the ground floor of the villa.
It is located on the main road between the capital city of Bridgetown and the North of the island.
There are a number of supermarkets in easy reach, as well as hotels, restaurants, a shopping mall and Bridgetown, the main city.
It is just across the road from the beach and near to watersport facilities a short walk down the beach to a nearby hotel. 

There are ceramic tile floors throughout. All appliances and furniture are of modern design.
The 3 bedrooms have airconditioning units and ceiling fans.
Besides the washing machine in the kitchen the client has access to a dryer on the property. 

The kitchen opens onto a patio on the eastern side of the house. This overlooks a flower garden and lawn which is private. Offering an area where you may sunbathe in private.
The front patio overlooks a parking lot and garden. From here one has a view of the Caribbean Sea, with its beautiful sunsets and a view of the cruise liners as they arrive and depart. 

There are gardens both at the front(west) and back(east) of the property. There are 2 sitting areas. One has the TV. Besides the 3 bedrooms, there is another room which may be used as a fourth bedroom using the futon from the TV room.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Folding bed available, 1 double bunk bed located in the Futon in the t.v. room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum, a zoo.

Kelly says: "The villa was very centrally located, with regular bus services passing every couple of minutes to Bridgetown. The villa was very spacious and very well equiped. The beach was directly across the road and we were only five minutes drive to the shopping centre/bank/petrol station. We would definately recommend this property and would rate it a five star villa. Just make sure you bring plenty of Mosquito repellent while staying in Barbados!! Mickey and Rosita are close by if you need anything. We would highly recommed eating in the Holetown Area the food was superb."
