Located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. Both street gates are locked every night to ensure safety of the residents (of course, you'd have that key). The building is a modernist work of art, recently renovated, with elevator, and has a porter. 

The apartment (75m2 or 807 ft2) is nicely furnished and fully equipped, and is very quiet considering its location. There are two bedrooms (one twin and one double) and two bathrooms. Spacious living room is furnished with a large divan-style sofa-bed, ideal for chilling out, and a dining table for six people. There is an American style kitchenette, and a small inner patio-terrace.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.
