A small but very functional apartment (50m2 or 540 ft2), located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. Both street entrances are locked every night from 8pm. to 8am. to assure the safety of the residents. The building itself is a modernist work of art, recently renovated, and has a porter. 

The apartment is modernly furnished and fully equipped. It consists of one double bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious living room furnished with a sofa-bed and a dining table.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The value for the money was good, but were disapointed that we did not recieve the 10% discount we were suppose to for being a repeat customer. Very clean and efficient accomadations with easy access to all sites and attractions in the city. Truly enjoy staying in an apartment, as it gives you a different feel for your visit in this great city. Only other dissapointment was there was no coffee pot in the apartment upon our arrival, but was taken care of promtly when the owners were made aware of it. I would certainly recommend any of this properties rental apartments to any one/family looking for reasonable, clean, and convenient accomadations in Barcelona. AC-USA"
