The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the apartment include table tennis.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 2 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, swimming, water skiing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Mauritz says: "The apartment is brand new and quite beautiful. Rather soberly - if not poorly - furnished however and especially the kitchen was - at the time of our arrival - not well equipped. Basic things such as pots and pans for cooking were missing. The owners though, who live in the same building, showed great readiness to solve any problems or inconveniences we had. All in all, we ended up having a very pleasant stay. A parking place in the basement garage - no superfluous luxury in busy Belgrade - was provided for 5 EUR per day extra. "
