I rent, on the top floor with lift, a renovated apartment in the absolute center of Belgrade on Kralja Petra. It is only 5 mins (500m) walking from Knez Mihailova, main pedestrian street in Belgrade, 3 min walking from the Kalamegdan(300m) and 30sec (50m) walking from Strahinica Bana, main street for bars and restaurants.

Apartment Description:

You don't need the car. TAaxi are cheap and very frequent.

From the Airport Nikola Tesla to the apartment you can catch a taxi for 800 Dinars before 9 pm. and 1.000 Dinars afterwords. Pay attention to the Taxi drivers if they see you're lost they can pay tricks.

I suggest the following Taxi: Pink, Yellow, Plavi, Maxis.
Pay attention don't use private taxi, or big BMW/Merceds taxi!!
 

You are within 5 min walking distance from any service. Main Pedestrain Road, Shopping, Super Market, Bank, Pharmacy, Hospital, Bars, Restaurant, Clubs ................ you'll be surrounded with services!!!!

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

Pets are not welcome 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.

The apartment is right beside walking, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, boat hire, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Im sorry to have to write this review because the apartment itself is modern, well laid out, and in an excellent location. With the exception of some problem with the plumbing that made the bathroom have an unpleasant odour and a lift that did not work for two days (both minor irritations), it was a pleasant stay. However, Giulio claimed that we broke many things in the apartment that we either had no knowledge of or else were so poorly installed that they appeared to be broken before we even used them. Ironically, the amount of damages that Giulio specified was the exact amount of our deposit. Needless to say, we feel that Giulio is dishonest and would not recommend him or this apartment.
