The Breakage Deposit is to be paid in cash on your arrival in the ammount of 20-40%, depending on the length of your stay, min. ammount 100 Euro.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 3 single sofa beds located in the In the master bedroom, 1 double sofa bed located in the In the livingroom. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: The apartment is very well designed and furbished. You ahve anything you might need for both long and short term. Ihad the pleasure to use a wonderfull LCD TV with DVD Surround System. If you need Internet you can easly use the wirelss broad band available. It is located only on the first floor of a traditional Bohemian building with a wonderfull private garden in the heart of Skadarlija, Belgrades Bohemian Quartier. It is in the very centre and I was able to reach anything I needed withing a very short walking distance. The pedestrain area of Skadarlije is 100m away, the apartment was on a quite side, while still I could reach the pedestrian part of Skadarlije with a short walk. The pedestrian area is always alive, with people singing and palying traditional serbian songs on the road, traditional restaurant and kafana (bars). Knez Mihailova and the Silicon valley are only within a 5 mins walk.
