I decided to buy this property due to its location and quietness. We are situated 5 minutes to Fuengirola and 5 minutes to Benalmadena, giving us and everyone a good choice of places to go. The complex is quiet and offers 2 good sized pools, gardens and tennis courts. We also have our own space for parking the car. 

The bars, shops and restaurants are all situated 5-10 minutes away. With local tapas bars to fish restaurants, the paseo has a variety of restaurants. 

A car isn't essential , however the apartment is situated in between Fuengirola and Benalmadena giving you 2 great areas to visit. There is a train station a 15 minute walk away, as well as plenty of buses and taxis to take you to either destination. The train runs throught o Malaga. 

The property has A/C hot and cold, ceiling fans in each room plus electric radiators for the winter.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, tennis.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find skiing/snowboarding.
