This beautiful, luxury villa, newly upgraded during the winter of 2005/2006 with a luxury kitchen new utility room, lounge and hall. It is situated in an elevated position commanding breathtaking sea and mountain views in the exclusive resort complex of Torremuelle off the coast road just 20 minutes from Malaga airport.

It has its own private garden with a pear-shaped heated pool surrounded by a sun terrace. There is also a partly covered terrace and mirador. From all these places you can enjoy the superb views of the Mediterranean coastline in the foreground and the mountains as a backdrop. There is a gas barbecue and plenty of garden furniture for alfresco living.

 

It has four double bedrooms, three bathrooms (two en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen and a large sitting room/dining room with satellite TV video and CD player along with air-conditioning throughout. It has all the home comforts you could desire.

The bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite. The local train station, Torremuelle, is 5 minutes walk and fast trains run every 30 minutes to both Malaga (including airport) and Fuengirola. The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk.

There is a supermarket 8 minutes walk as well as three good bars and restaurants. A car is recommended but not essential. This villa is exceptional and many who holiday here return time and time again.

 

Villa Hellan is quiet and private, yet five minutes drive from all the facilities of the Costa Del Sol. It has recently been extensively renovated with new bathrooms, new kitchen, new utility extension. The entire front garden of the villa looks over the sea and wonderful sunsets can be enjoyed on the mountains from the side of the property. Torremuelle is a well established urbanisation and the villas are mostly about thirty years old so it is a green spacious and elegant area. There is a huge open air swimming pool in addition to the private pool, tennis courts, a small supermarket, and several bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Notes: There is a weekly maid service included and all towels and linens. A car is not necessary but would be an advantage. Villa Hellan is ideally situated for the thirty plus golf courses on the Costa Del Sol. Torrequebrada is five minutes drive away and the Mijas courses are ten minutes. Valderrama is about forty minutes drive away.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, tennis, historic sites, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing.
