Casa Maria Amelia is a quality villa that can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideally located in the village of Alfaz del Pi on the Spanish Costa Blanca. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge, a dining room and large separate kitchen. The accommodation is furnished in traditional style and features a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a lounge, bathroom, en-suite shower room, dining room and large separate kitchen. The large garden has an extensive barbecue area, gardens with ornamental fishpond and a private 9m x 4m swimming pool with solar shower. The location of Maria Amelia provides easy access to the beaches, shops and restaurants at Albir, Altea and Benidorm as well as the valleys and mountains of La Marina Baixa.
Maria Amelia is in a quiet residential area just outside the town of Alfas del Pi. The town and shops are 1500 metres. There is a communal pool, barbecue and tennis area just up the road.
Maria Amelia is just half a mile from the Forum Mare Nostrum social centre that is open to the public and has a bar and cafe, restaurant, pool, darts, beauty centre, heated swimming pool and gymnasium. A further half mile is the town of Alfas del Pi with its many shops, bars and restaurants. There is a large market here every Friday where you can buy a wide range of fruit, vegetables, toys, clothes and souvenirs.
The Alfas del Pi train station is just a mile and a quarter away and the line runs between Alicante and Denia with stops at all the main towns along this stretch of the coast.
The nearest beach is at Albir, a lively and attractive seaside area with many pavement cafes and restaurants that is three and a half miles from the villa. The sandy Levante beach at Benidorm is just four miles and just before this you will find the water park 'Aqualandia', sea world 'Mundomar' and the 'Benidorm Palace' that put on some excellent shows with dinner.
Also within a short distance of the villa is the Disney style theme park 'Terra Mitca', Terra Natura safari park and the Medieval Castle where you can have dinner and watch the knights fighting on foot and horseback.
There is a regular bus service that travels a circular route between Alfas del Pi, Benidorm and Altea.  

Casa Maria Amelia is located in Alfaz del Pi that is between Altea and Benidorm on the Spanish Costa Blanca. The nearest international airport is Alicante and the journey time is about 45 minutes on the motorway. Alfaz del Pi is a typical Spanish small town and the area offers all the attractions of nature, combining coastal landscapes and mountain scenery, with the ubiquitous Mediterranean pine providing shade and decoration that is the symbol of the town, (pi, in the Valencian vernacular meaning “pine”). L’Alfàs del Pi enjoys an intense cultural life with the usual programme of Fiestas plus film festivals, jazz festivals, chamber music concerts, band concerts and painting and sculpture exhibitions at the Casa de la Cultura. The sandy beach at Albir, just a short distance from Maria Amelia, offers sun-bathing and swimming opportunities with lovely views along the coast and an extensive choice of restaurants. 

Things to do: Maria Amelia has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday. If you want to venture further afield spend a day on the Albir beach and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. If you feel adventurous, hike along the footpaths of the Sierra Helada and see breathtaking views of cliffs 400 metres high while enjoying the plants and flowers that grow on the mountain slopes. Alternatively drive along the coast or around the fascinating countryside to take in the beauty of this part of Spain or visit some of the many attractions

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, golf, historic sites, a zoo.
