Consider our Villa your home for the duration of your stay. Situated on a well lit and safe private road on a secluded estate with very friendly residential neighbours of various Nationality, mostly English speaking. Very well equiped to a high standard it comes with all modern facilities to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Lounge is furnished with leather sofa's, LCD TV with limited Sky viewing, DVD, Video etc. There is a large selection of DVD's and Video's an books catering for all ages and tastes. You will also find a selection of tapes and music DVD's as well as a selection of games draughts, chess, cards etc. All three bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space with hangers and plenty of drawers. The upstairs en-suite bedroom with king size bed is also access to the roof terrace with chairs and loungers, with Panoramic Views for several kilometers across to Altea and Albir. The kitchen is fully equiped with Washing Machine, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Toaster and Sandwich maker, 2 x G Foreman styl grilles, Fridge Freezer as well as all utensils, crockery, glasses,etc.
All bedding and towels are supplied, please bring your own Beach Towels. There is a clothes drier on the roof terrace. An Iron and Ironing board are also supplied.  

The front terrace can accomodate a Table & 6 Chairs for those quiet relaxing chill out nights to recharge the batteries. The roof terrace is also equiped with Table Chairs and Sun Loungers. A large patio area complete with beautifull mosaic inlaid table and benches with a large gas barbeque awaits the more adventurous. Fresh fish and various types of meat are all available from the local supermarkets(4 mins by car) as well as salad and vegetable produce. Many popular British food labels are also stocked. Wine and alcoholic beverage are as cheap as Chips. The superb secluded pool with restricted key access is only 50 mtrs away. The surrounding area is a walkers paradise.  

Located between Polop and La Nucia, The Villa is only 3-4mins drive from an excellent supermarket and a selection of local shops. Nearby (5 mins by car), there is also a variety of excellent restaurants. ALL MAJOR Theme Parks, Zoo's, Safari's and Waterparks are all within a 5-15 minute drive. Benidorm itself with all of it's 1,000+ Vibrant Bars, Clubs and Nightlife is only a short 15 minute drive away, Old Benidorm is a must for the shopaholics, Bars and Clubs are mainly in New Benidorm. If you wish to go into Benidorm and leave your car at home, locals (Tony No 5) will drive you down for a small charge. Taxi's are plentifull for your return. The Benidorm Palace is a great night out if you like Cabaret. There is a huge outdoor market in Benidorm on Sunday's and a local market in La Nucia. Visit the fresh water wells in Polop for free water (take your empty bottles) or take a day to visit Beautifull Guadalest and the miniature museum only 15 minutes away (Fab). Visit the Fountains at Callossa (Take your cossie).Take a trip on the Lemon Express Train along the coastline to Gata de Gorgos the journey takes approx 1.5hrs. Every possible activity is catered for from flying to Walking, Fishing to snorkling. Within a short drive are the superb resorts of Altea and Albir and the port of Calpe all with their own Marina's. Watersports are plenty, or simply relax. Nearby (Finestrat) you will find a superb commercial centre with a huge Carrefour supermarket, opposite various designer shops and a selection of International rooftop restaurants. There is also a Fantastic outdoor Go Karting circuit here, but be carefull SAFETY is NOT a PRIORITY.
For small children, there is an excellent play park only 5mins, follow signs to Alfaz Del Pi, this is also a great shopping area.
On arrival depending on personal requirements you should take time to read some of the literature as there is simply too much to do and planning your days will allow you much more time. The location is superb allowing for a total Chill Out holiday or alternatively a Great base for an Action packed adventure. GOLFING is also just a few minutes drive, but don't forget to bring your handicap.  

Every possible need has been catered for in this Superior Quality Villa. Panoramic views across the valley to Albir and Altea from the roof terrace, with Table, Parasol Chairs and Loungers. Superbly located either for a Chill Out laid back, or Action packed Holiday.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying.

Benidorm Railway Station 10mins,Benidorm Town Centre 10mins, Beach 12-15mins.
