The Nothern Costa Blanca is a very sought after area with plenty of places of interest nearby. We wanted a place suitable for quiet romantic getaways but also for family holidays once we had a family. In Aug 2005 we had our baby girl and we hope to take her out to our property for many holidays. The place has a quiet feel to it, ie. is not too resorty. There is no one reason why we fell in love with the place, it exceeded all our expectations. Several people have relocated to that area after having stayed at our property.

The Cumbre del Sol complex is in amazing surroundings, but very well serviced by Pharmacy, Banks, Shops, well stocked Supermarket(Commercial Centre), Cafe, Electrical Goods store, Bar/restaurant/Pools/Pool Bar, and a new commercial centre over the other side of the urbanisation with many more shops and eating/drinking establishments.

Benidorm is within a 20 mins drive where you can eat out very cheaply and you could eat out every meal every day and still not run out of cheap, good quality, friendly places to eat.

Calpe, Moraira, Havier, Denia, Benitachell, Teulada are all within a small driving distance with plenty of shops and restaurants and beautiful surroundings.  

Mundemar (animal park), Terra Mitica (theme park), Benidorm palace, Benidorm Zoo, Aqualandia (water park), Train ride into the mountains from Al Faz del Playa (close to Benidorm), drive along the coast road (N332) and take in the scenery. Eat out in many Spanish and International restaurants, gokarting, scuba diving, swimming (Huge freeform communal pool has separate area for kiddies. Patio area is lovely and there is poolside live entertainment in the summer. ), golf (driving range at foot of complex and several golf courses closeby), tennis, horse riding, walking, cycling, fishing, diving, pedalos, onsite play area, onsite beach and several other beaches within a few km.  

Yes, as the urbanisation is not served by public transport. Car hire is inexpensive. The bars and restaurants are within a 5 min walk and serve international cuisine. There are pool tables and a couple of swimming pools and a pool bar. There are also other bars/restaurants on the urbanisation.  

Gas heater, Travel Cot & Highchair provided. Basic Food pack provided. Cleaning after your stay included. 360 degree seaview from rooftop solarium. Pull out double sofa bed in living area (proper slat bed) sleeps a further 2 people. BBQ, solar lights and patio furniture provided. Rubber ring and lilos provided plus bucket and spade. Cool box and blocks as well as picnic set provided.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 2 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.

Michael says: "This is a neat, clean, 2 bedroom property that is good value for money. The property is just as described by the owner. The large communal swimming pool is a short walk away - there is a bar/cafe at the pool and a bouncy castle for the little ones. There is also a good supermarket nearby, a couple of restaurants and a chemist - not much else. You need a car if you are staying in Cumbre del Sol. With a car it is easy to get to both Javea and Moraira - both about 15 mins away. Both have beaches and plenty of shops and restaurants. The owner is helpful and kept in close contact. Recommended!"
