Villa Frangipani enjoys a picturesque hillside location at Cumbre del Sol (�Summit of the Sun�) with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. It is a south facing, detached villa with private pool and terrace built on one level and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), comfortably sleeping six making it ideal for the perfect family holiday.

 

Entry to the villa is via a short path with 14 steps leading down from the road. To the right of the entrance hall is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Inside the bedroom there is a king size bed with bedside tables and built in wardrobes. French doors open from the bedroom directly onto the terrace and pool area.

To the left of the hallway is the open plan lounge and dining area. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table which comfortably seats six.

The air conditioned lounge enjoys stunning views and is elegantly furnished with a large L shaped sofa, armchair, 26" flat screen TV, Sky Family package, DVD / CD player and Play Station 2 (some Playstation games, DVDs and CDs are provided - please feel free to bring your own). A selection of books and board games are also supplied and radio is also available on Sky.

Leading off from the dining area thru an archway is the american style kitchen which is equipped with a oven, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. A washing machine is located in the service cupboard in the entrance hall along with an iron / ironing board.

Access to bedrooms 2 and 3 is through an archway from the dining room. The rooms are elegantly furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and built in wardrobes. These bedrooms have shared access to the shower room.

All bedrooms are provided with English pillows and, along with the dining area / lounge, enjoy air conditioning and heating.

French doors lead from the dining area into the naya (covered terrace) which has a circular table and six chairs making it perfect for al-fresco dining.

The naya arches lead out to the terrace and swimming pool. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a parasol � the surrounding balustrades incorporate lighting allowing this area to be used in the evenings.

From the terrace roman steps lead into the kidney shaped swimming pool which is 8m x 4m and has underwater lighting and poolside shower.
 

The nearest towns are Benitachell, Javea and Moraira � all approx. ten minutes drive away.

Benitachell is a mainly agricultural village with narrow streets and good local bars and restaurants.

Javea is a busy resort with bustling night life, many bars and restaurants and excellent 'family friendly' sandy beaches.

Moraira has a sandy beaches, a picturesque marina, waterfront bars and a large selection of top quality restaurants. It has a weekly market on Fridays selling a variety of produce and a nightly craft market in the summer months.

Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia Theme Parks and Mundomar Marine Animal Park are all approx. 1/2 hours drive away.
 

We provide a baby's travel cot, high chair and night light. The villa has remote control air conditioning / heating in all bedrooms and dining / living room. A hair drier is also provided. Use of all equipment and the air conditioning / heating is included in our prices. The villa has a south facing naya adjacent to the terrace. Smoking is permitted in the naya and on the terrace.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views.
