The building has on the second floor a large terras and a corner to relax after a warm day. Access to this terras is shared with the apartment located on the first floor. There are garden chairs and sun beds available.
The house has a 2000L water tank and a generator. There is a small guard house which has its own toilet. The driveway gives place to four cars.
