Large two storey house on the edge of a delightful village
on ground floor : large living room , including three piece suite and pool table , with good sized dining area and a separate and large , well equipped breakfast kitchen . A utility/cloakroom completes the downstairs.
at first floor : the bedrooms , two with double beds (one with en-suite shower and sink) plus one bedroom with large single sleigh bed and cot for child . Large family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
a big garden (1500m2) with plenty of shade and garden furniture , together with the very nice pool enclosed by a fence at one end of the garden .  

On the edge of the village of Barbentane , whixh has some shops, an hotel, a supermarket and some restaurants. The historic city of Avignon is a 10 minute drive away , while the coast is about 70 kms . Nimes (30 km ) , Arles, Pont du Gard , Orange , the Camargue, Chateauneuf du Pape are all within easy driving distance  

We are classified 3-star by the Regional Board of Tourism for Provence & Cote d Azur since several years , and we are used to rent for holidays to british people from then on 1994 with shared pleasure . We are speaking english and spanish and welcome you at the best way to enjoy yourself the best your stay in Provence , giving you maximum help and informations about places and sites to be seen and visit.
in the same spirit , we can collect you from the airport or station for a small supplementary charge , if required

Some Precisions for our guests


Booking Deposit
30% of fee payable on booking. This is non returnable in case of cancellation.

Payment terms
Balance of fee payable within 40 working days prior to occupation. If the final balance is not received by this date then it will be treated as a cancellation and the booking deposit will not be refunded. Prices in british pound are indicatives the transaction currency is EURO (€). Credit cards payments accepted by the way of Villarenter’s server only.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 6 months before occupation will receive 90% refund ( 10% of penalty and charges). 50% of the booking fee will be returned if cancellation occurs 4 months before occupation. After that the booking fee is non –returnable .
Once the balance of fee is paid there can not be refund if guests are unable or fail to take up the accommodation. The owner will endeavor to re-let the property and if successful will reimburse. The booking fee will not be returned however.
Guests are required to make their own insurance arrangements.
The owners reserve the right to terminate the agreement at anytime up to the start of the occupation in this case all money will be immediately refunded .

Breakages/Damage Deposit
Guest will have pay for any damage/breakage which must be reported immediately. A breakages deposit of 500 € is requested and payable just at the arrival.
This will be returned normally at the departure or within 14 days after occupation when the owners have satisfied themselves that there are no breakage

Cleaning
We expect the property to be left in a similar state as when found.
If you don’t want to make it yourself before leaving, please inform us if this required , so the charge for the cleaning is 100€(regarding the size of the property and the necessity of checking it in the very details within very short time before the following guests arrival in the afternoon)

Inclusions
Electric, Gas and water charges are included as the pool maintenance is guaranteed every day and at any time is needed . at the same way for the maintenance of the garden.
Your hosts Gigi and Pat are live on place just near by behind for helping you and resolve any kind of problems, available at all times to sort out it . their aim Is to help you do and our best to enjoy your holydays as much as possible.
Cots and baby equipment are free disposal
WE PRECISE TO OUR GUESTS that are 5 bedrooms more one mezzanine with large doublebed,intimity and coocooning here !
EXCLUSIONS:
All bed linen and towels are provided against fees per week : 15€for bed linen, 8€ for the two (bath and normal , glove, ) included napkins .
Optional fans for 15€ /week each - heating :50 € / week on your request according the season
Bike rental is provided on place here 10€ for half a day 16 € for the day long 54 € for the week (included helmet - against 150 € deposit each bike ( please take a personal insurance it’s compulsory)

Arrivals and Departures
4pm earliest arrival and 10am latest departure times unless by prior arrangement.

Smoking
We kindly request our guest do not smoke if possible and over all respect the local legal restrictions about fire making (using barbecue ) during special risk times according to the area.


Number of guest
The normal allowable number of guests is 8,(maximun 12) it’s correspond to the normal weekly price given according to the season needed and for current occupation of the house eachone more has to paid 60 E on place as supplementary fee- under some special circumstances previously given and asked at the reservation it may be eventually exceeded
The owner will not accept bookings from persons under the age of 21. Persons / Childrens under the age of 21 must be accompanied with parent or responsible adult.
Bookings from all male or female group are accepted at the owner’ s discretion. Under these circumstances an additional deposit may be required . the house is not to be sub let. Persons staying overnight must be listed on the booking form.

No pets or animals are allowed in the house .

Liability
The owner cannot accept any liability whatsoever for injury or loss sustained by any guest or any visitor to the house swimming pool however caused . The client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the house or its contents
Without any restriction the owner will be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the clients holidays

The use of the pool is yielded to some easy rules to comply with every body safety and water quality :
Forbidden to run around the beaches , only diving on the opposite side to ladder because of breakable remote sensor system and spots lights , the use of solar cream need to have a shower before bathing again (to avoid skimmers problem), don’t forget to switch on again the alarm system every time living the place and shut the barrier, kids don’t be alone without responsible adult watching and let closed the sunshades when winding times
And for your comfort , the pool is steadily cleaned every day by owner (automatic sweeper robot on the evening and night ) ,the dip-net must be only used for maintenance

Acceptation – agreement
The guests must accept all present terms prior to confirm booking and will be in advance warmly thanked for their agreement.

the house is confortably situated just nearby the hill of the Montagnette , green zone which dominates the village of Barbentane , lot of pines and olive trees , and at only 5 km from the abbey of Frigolet , famous site in provence from which you discover a great panorama to the rhone valley and Mont ventoux , the giant of Provence which culminates quite 2000 m hight , north side of Avignon , city of Popes the nearbours are gently quiet and the countryside is plenty of little ways to be walked about or byke ride among a lot of orchards and numerous market gardeners within the sos called goldenarea for the vegetables and fruits during the summer season

The country house comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 2 single and 3 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people.

The country house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The country house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the country house include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking country house

The country house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The country house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, historic sites, a restaurant.

Close to the country house you will find water skiing, fishing, flying, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the country house you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, skiing/snowboarding, a zoo.
