TYPE OF HOUSE : "Ranch style" Villa made by famous Brasilian arcitect Claudio Bernandes.The house is build in a special wood only to be found in Buzios,have large panoramic windows in the living room and beautiful,old fashion hand made bricks on the roof.VERY unique and have to bee seen.

BEDROOM : 2 suites and 2 Fourbed room .Total 12 beds. All rooms with private shower & toalett.From each room you can walk out in our beautiful garden.In each bedroom we have now installed new,top modern high speed fans with 3 different speeds.Very effective.

SITUATED : The villa is on a hilltop with fantastic panorma view over the ocean and the famous beaches Geriba and Ferrandurinha

INFORMATION : Everybody have heard about Buzios,Brasil where the rich& famous goes on holiday. This charming small village with only 170000 inhabitans) is only 2 hours drive by car from Rio De Janeiro and have the best beaches in Brasil. The climate is nice all year through with about 17 - 28C in winter time (may until october) and about 25 - 35C in the summertime ( november until april).

Our house is on a hilltop in a quitet neighbourhood with a short distance to town. Here you can relax in our swimmingpool, have a barbeque on the grill, relax on the big veranda or use our sauna. If you want to go the beach then its only 15 min walk from the house to Geriba or Ferrandurinmha....

In the house there is a nice living room with TV with 15 portugese channels, SKY TV parabol with about 80 channels (several english speaking),a codefree DVD player & lots of movies to use, and a stereo CD player with lot of different music. There is also a dining area. The kitchen is fully equiped with freezer, fridge, microwave and other fascilities.
We have a "caseiro" named Fabricio who can help with anything you need to take care of , and we can offer "empregada" service if you need to have your clothes washed and so on. This can be arranged directly with Sonia against a little fee.

From the house it is only 10 min with car to the city centre. We reckommend that you rent a "buggy" (beach car) and park it in front of the house.Then it easy to go for a trip to the beached or have a meal at one of the many nice restaurants in town.

Carneval , easter time, the christmas weekend and/or new year weekend are TOP seasons in Brasil and then it is VERY popular to rent a house in Buzios . We have a minimum stay of 7 days and special prices for these 4 periods..!!!

2 of the bedrooms are suites with double bed,2 bedrooms have 2 seperate beds and one "double decker"..ideal for children...All bedrooms have private shower&toalett.Each bedroom have direct access to our beautiful garden.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, walking, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, tennis, a sports center.

The town centre is only 15 min.away by car.You can rent a beach car in town

nathan says: "buzios was an amazing place, the property is what my friends and i was in a perfect location, none of the hype of joao fernandez, excellent, excellent views of geriba and surrounding beaches. waking up to its views was a life changing experience. the sunsets here are amazing also, ive never seen such hues of blues, greens, and orange. i have amazing pics to prove it ! being at this villa, made me think of buying a place just like it in buzios ! i couldnt ask for anything more while i was there, sonia (house staff) was a magnificent cook, fabricio also was very informative and makes magnificent caiprahinas. overall this property was everything and more. i had an amazing time here ! i would glady recommend it and already have to most people ive spoken to about buzios !
