The villa is located in the quaint and peaceful traditional Bulgarian village of Plachidol. It is an extremely tranquil place surrounded by wheat, corn and sunflower fields, which are quite dazzling in the spring & summer. Village life here has remained largely unchanged for centuries – the people are very friendly and welcoming and the only real traffic in the streets are horse & carts!
For those that enjoy fishing there are 2 lakes within 5 minutes walk of the Villa. Best of all, there are no licence fees to pay and you can eat what you catch.
So whether you are looking to completely unwind, relax and do nothing or may be explore the Black sea Coastal areas of Bulgaria at our own leisurely pace, this Villa is in a superb location. It is only 5 minutes from the main historic and cosmopolitan town of Dobrich which has many Bars, Restaurants and cozy street side Cafes catering for a variety of tastes. From Happy Bar & Grill Restaurants to Pizzerias and a Chinese Restaurant. Only 20 minutes from the popular Black Sea resorts of Albena, Balchik and Golden Sands with their clean and long sandy beaches and just 25 minutes from Varna Airport.
 

This villa was completely refurbished in 2005. It has 2 bedrooms each with a Double Bed and one additional Double Sofa Bed, sleeps 4 to 6 in style and comes with all home comforts.
The villa has wooden flooring throughout with the exception of the bathroom and kitchen which are tiled. The rental price is all-inclusive, there is nothing else to pay for electricity, water, or pool facilities. The villa has an alarm for your security and peace of mind. It is linked to the Dobrich-based security company, and if activated their security personnel will be on site within 5 minutes.
The Modern fitted kitchen is equipped with Electric Oven & Solar Hob, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave plus a spacious dining area for 4 people.
The lounge area comes with 2 leather sofas, coffee table, Widescreen TV with Satelite Channels and a DVD Player with a large selection films for all ages.
The 2 large double bedrooms have Wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps and ceiling fans. Due to the layout and position of the house it remains cool during the day & night and therefore air conditioning is not needed.
The bathroom is simple and has shower cubicle with mixer shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit.

The villa is situated in its own private grounds surrounded by a high wall with access via the front gates. Walking round the back of the villa takes you into the main part of the garden and sun terrace with its own private 6m x 4m swimming pool, equipped with Sun loungers and Umbrellas, allowing you to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful location. The pool also has underwater lighting making it ideal for an evening dip.
There is a BBQ area which is covered with a high beam ceiling, where you may dine or just sit back, relax and enjoy the day or evening whilst watching the sunset.

 

 

A Baby Monitor and Travel Cot are available to use free of charge for anyone with young children.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Bedroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Our daughter, who is 8, was safe enough to walk to the village store on her own and they opened the store especially for her so that she could have her ice cream !! A perfect holiday and we aim to go again next year.....recession permitting !!....we have already recommended to friends. Owners directions made villa easy to find, despite arriving at 01.00am !! Having our own pool to play in was sheer luxury and we felt that should we have a problem out there, the owner was contactable. many thanks for the best holiday in years."
