Alam Verde is a new village of luxury hi-spec villas. Building started 2 years ago and is due for completion in 2 years time. The road of the villa and surrounding roads of villas are all completed and landscaped hence no noise. Other parts of the complex are still under development.

Sarah says: "The villa offered every facilitiy required for an enjoyable stay and is exceedingly comfortable and pleasing to the eye. However it's location does mean a car is essential and there are villas being currently built opposite causing noise disturbance throughout the day Monday to Saturday. Also the pool is prone to receiving flying debris from the building site opposite. The pool does however need heating and this wasn't turned on until our last day!"
