Master bedroom with twin beds and private terrace with sea views, En-suite bathroom has bath with shower over, wc, bidet, basin. Bedroom 2 King size double with En-suite bathroom shower, wc, bidet, basin. 2 Further good sized bedrooms one twin and one which contains a double bed and a single with another pull out full size single underneath so this room can sleep 4 comfortably, both these rooms are directly opposite and share the main bathroom which is a feature of the villa being round in shape with hand painted antique tiles, bath with shower over, wc, bidet, basin. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes & drawers, and beds are new and very comfortable.
Living Rooms
Lounge has a comfortable leather corner unit which seats 7 and separate settee which seats 3, TV, DVD, SKY & glazed double doors onto the courtyard.

Dining room with large oak table and chairs seating 8 comfortably plus high chair if required.

Kitchen is equiped with Breakfast bar & stools, full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and wonderful range of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for all the family including children.

Utility Room Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board, Other Features Feature staircase being spiral but of normal construction.

 

The outside courtyard and top terrace are an extension of the villa and equipped as such, they are planted with beautiful scented shrubs, Orange, Lemon & Pomegranate trees

Very spacious pretty courtyard, and top terrace with wonderful sea views, both are suntraps but the courtyard has the benefit of beautiful floral shade if required. Furnished with tables & chairs and Bar B Q for alfresco dining, and full-length sun beds & cushions.

Air conditioning is not necessary as the villa is really comfortable indoors in peak season.

Ideal for children as totally enclosed and stair gates are fitted on the outside and inside stairs, plenty of room to play safely outside and in.

Every bedroom is heated when required and oil heaters in all living spaces, wood burning stove being fitted in November.

Beaches 100 yards walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach, very safe with lifeguard in season. Numerous other beaches within 10 minutes drive.  

Whilst small the village has 24 restaurants and bars catering for every taste and pocket including the famous Beach Bar.
Newsageants, 2 supermarkets, 2 wine shops, 2 gift shops, Estate Agent, Property Management and its own cash machine. - The Sports centre just outside of the village has a swimming pool, football, squash and tennis courts all of which you can use, and also run a very good children’s activity programme.

Beautiful walks, snorkelling & fishing, 2 water parks within 20 minutes drive, and a Zoo at Lagos.

Airport and Driving
One hours drive from Faro airport. Whilst not essential car hire is recommended if you want to get out and about.

Ten minutes drive to the historical town of Lagos with its beautiful Marina and many famous sites such as the Slave Market.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the In one of the double rooms. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are welcome
Dogs are allowed, but they must be house trained and the owners must be responsible in that they must bring their own dog bed, not let the dog dig in the garden or damage the villa or the outside and clean up after their own pet.
There is no restriction as to the size of dog or dogs but owners must be aware that any breakages or soiling caused by their pet will have to be paid for following their stay.
There will be a breakages deposit required for owners with pets of £100 up front, fully refundable when the villa has been checked for damage and it has been left as it was found. 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a themepark.

Within 10 mins drive of 3 superb golf courses Parque De Floresta, Boa Vista, Palmares
