The Hotel

This newly built Aparthotel set in a private complex lies next to the Mediterranean Sea and is also in the centre of the exclusive resort of Cabo Roig (Red Cape) on the Orihuela Costa, Southern Costa Blanca.
There are many beautiful sandy beaches within minutes’ walking distance of the hotel and four professional Golf courses from 5 minutes drive away.

On the Playa Marina complex there is 24hr staffed Reception with 7 day security. The Hotel itself is very modern with an upmarket feel. The luxury lush landscaped gardens have a beautiful 25m pool with children’s section and large Jacuzzi. There is a spacious Residents lounge, Internet facility and lift access to all floors. There is also a Restaurant and Bar.

The Apartment

The apartment is situated on the second of 3 floors and is near to the lift. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker & hob, a kettle, a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is a spacious air-conditioned lounge leading onto the terrace, with a sofabed, ideal for 2 children or if necessary adults. There is satellite TV and a CD player for your entertainment. There are two twin bedrooms, one of which is air conditioned and leads onto the terrace, the other has a ceiling fan and window. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower, curtain & mat, bidet, w.c. and vanity unit with shaver point.
The apartment has a large spacious terrace with patio furniture. The terrace is south facing and overlooks the pool with views towards the sea.
 

These apartments are centrally situated in Cabo Roig, around 8 kms south of Torrevieja.
The area boasts a uniquely dry climate with remarkably low rainfall all year round and over 340 days of sunshine each year. According to the World Health Organisation Torrevieja and its surrounding areas are “almost as perfect an environment as it is possible to obtain”. This area is also rated to have the healthiest climate in Europe and second in the World. The salt water lakes absorb water from the atmosphere to create a special microclimate which is widely regarded to be beneficial for sufferers of rheumatism, asthma, bronchitis and other respiratory problems. There are mud baths and various health treatments also available locally.

In the immediate area are a whole host of lively spots in which to dine and be entertained. There are at least 3 banks with ATMs very near to the apartment.
You will find everything you need for a perfect holiday: a range of shops, bars and restaurants serving a variety of cuisine ranging from fast food through to Chinese, Greek and Italian. Beautiful sandy beaches, lovely scenery, championship golf courses, shops, restaurants and buzzing nightlife! The cities of Orihuela, Murcia, Alicante and Elche are easily accessible with plenty to see and do! An ideal holiday destination for everyone!

The resort's sandy beaches are among the most popular of the entire Spanish coast. They consistently win the European Blue Flag for cleanliness and a full range of watersports are on offer including windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling, water skiing, fishing and scuba diving.
Among the opportunities for recreation, the town has easy access to some of the best professional golf courses around. Villamartin (hosted the 1994 Mediterranean Open), Las Ramblas, Quesada, Campoamor and the newly built La Finca course are all less than 15 minutes drive away. Further afield is the renowned La Manga Golf Club. A multitude of tennis clubs, a flying club, municipal football stadium, bull-ring, water-park, Go-Karts, fairground, theatre & several cinemas are also in the immediate area.

For those on a family holiday there are many attractions that cater to both children's and adult's tastes: the water park, safari park (near Santa Pola), caves (at Canelobre), a boat trip, Terra Mitica fun park, just 70 minutes drive from Torrevieja with rollercoasters and other rides and shows and there is a funfair by Torrevieja marina throughout the summer.

For the shopping enthusiast there's a brand new mall in San Javier just 10 minutes drive from the PlayaMarina and there are major commercial centres in Torrevieja, Alicante, Murcia and Elche less than an hour's drive away. There are also several weekly street markets in the immediate area.
 

 

The apartment is on the second of three floors and near to the lift. The apartment terrace is south facing and overlooks the landscaped pool and attractive gardens.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, a restaurant.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find flying, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Ricky says: "Very close the airport and excellent welcome received at reception. Rooms were spacious clean with a great location near the Golf Clubs, Beach & Bars/Restaurants. The 24 hr security gave us the peace of mind that our luggage would be safe. Shame that there isnt a bar by the pool but there are plenty others nearby to choose from. "
