Our new duplex penthouse apartment is in the corner plot of a new development. There is a large terrace which gets the sun all day and well into the evening. However, there's always shady parts as well for a quick respite from the sun!

Downstairs there is a master, double bedroom with ensuite and another twin room.

Upstairs there is another twin bedroom, with its own , secluded terrace and another ensuite bathroom.

There is a beautiful, large swimming pool for your use.

The immediate area has recently been declared an area of outstanding natural beauty and you're sure to enjoy the quiet peaceful surroundings.

The patio is furnished with a table and six chairs as well as easy chairs. 

We have furnished the apartment to a high standard and you'll find all you need from Large Sony Widescreen TV, micro hi-fi and X-Box to a dining table for six.

There is also a hair-dyer, iron, etc. 

The thing you'll love most about this apartment is the location.

It's set in a quiet residential area but only five minutes walk to the sea. A few more minutes walk brings you to the beautiful port of Puerto Cabopino with some delightful restaurants and bars.

There are spectacular views from both the terraces.

The apartment is only 15 minutes to Marbella and Fuengerola by car and only 25 minutes from the airport. 

Our apartment has been furnished with care for comfort and convenience. The lounge has all the entertainment options you could ask for. TV, DVD, X-Box and CD Hi-Fi. There are plenty of DVDs to watch as well as some X-Box games and books to enjoy. The bedrooms are all well furnished with plenty of built in, wardrobe space.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
