At Las Rocas you can enjoy the privacy of a luxury villa with a pool, large garden and magnificent ocean views combined with easy access to long uncrowded sandy beaches and the unspoilt beauty of Andalucia. At the end of the day just relax and watch spectacular sunsets as the sun goes down over the ocean. The villa is ideal for large family groups or you and your friends and is beautifully furnished with all home comforts, including a new, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 lounges (1 with open log fire) with satellite TV/DVD/Video/CD as well as a spacious pool lounge. Outside, the pool terrace and gardens provide plenty of sun and shade and a barbecue area. All 5 bedrooms enjoy ocean views - the upstairs bedrooms share a large sun terrace, the downstairs bedroom opens onto the pool terrace and the remaining 2 bedrooms are linked with a shared bathroom and open onto a garden terrace by the pool. 

 

 

There are 5 ensuite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms can be converted to large doubles or twin room. The tower lounge converets to a twin room with sleeper sofa beds which is ideal for children. The villa sleeps upto 10 adults and two children . There are also two additional cots available for babies.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 5 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, fishing, horse riding, tennis.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, mountain biking, golf, scuba diving, historic sites.

We had a great time at Las Rocas - it is a beautiful place. It’s peaceful and quiet, a great place to get away from it all. We spent most of our time in the pool.
We all came back relaxed and refreshed (although I found running after my 1 year old quite exhausting - she's not used to so much space!)
The house is extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. We also enjoyed the videos and games. The hammock was also an absolute hit,

When we arrived we were given a warm welcome by Stan and he has been a real help. We all felt instantly comfortable at your house. It felt like there's a lot of heart in it.

First of all, we had a lovely time at las Rocas. We all fell in love with your beautiful house and garden, so we were spending most of the time on the terrace reading and enjoying the truly magnificent view.

The villa was close enough for day trips of which we enjoyed several. Two of us took a boat excursion through the straits for whale and dolphin watching. It was great fun. To all those planning the trip -take rain gear or a plastic bag! Stan and Ursula both recommended we use a company called Firmm which does a lot of environmental and ecological studies of the area's waters and its inhabitants. Thus, they are very learned and thoughtful about the "sightseeing" process. In addition, the fees go to a good cause.

The layout and safety for the children made it a very enjoyable experience. The views from the house are awesome and with the breeze constantly there the sun was very welcome.
