With 3 double bedrooms, 2 on the first floor- the main bedroom comprising of an en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and shower. There is also a terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains. The second bedroom has a shower and the wash basin. On the first floor is a separate toilet. The ground floor has 1 bedroom with a separate sitting room with a shower and wash basin. There is also a toilet on this floor. There is a large lounge with a bar area and a separate terrace. Next to the lounge is a dinning room that seats 6 comfortably. There is a kitchen which is fully stocked with all the mod cons. Outside is a large pool with an elevated terrace for sunbathing and a garden behind it. Also on the terrace is a large BBQ and a table tennis table. The property also has its own private parking area with electronic gates for complete security For 2008 the villa now has air conditioning!!
 

This villa is a very popular with musicans etc. It's idillic setting close to Cannes, Nice airport and Monaco makes it perfect for the Cannes film festival and the Monaco Grand Prix. I have been invoved in the music industry and have entertained many people here for lunches and dinners, and have always been commented on how great the house is. To experience this villa you must book EARLY!!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
