Located in the quiet resort of Koca Calis, on Turkey’s beautiful southern turquoise coast, this comfortable spacious villa is close to local amenities and only 5mins away from the beach! A good selection of fine, cheaply priced restaurants in nearby Calis and Fethiye. The complex has a large infinity pool and seating area. Note: the pool opens in May and closes at the end of October, weather permitting. If for any reason the pool isn't operational then the nearby Alperin Hotel are happy for guests to use their pool.

There is a small supermarket close by which is very well stocked for all your immediate needs. The bread is fresh daily and absolutely delicious! 

The Birlik beach restaurant just a short walk away and serves local Turkish dishes. A meal for 2 adults including a few beers costs around ten pounds and usually includes a free ride home. The people are a joy to talk to, wonderful with the children and will bend over backwards to make feel welcome. They have sunbeds on the beach so you could stay all day and be waited on hand and foot!

For those of a more adventurous nature try the Surf Cafe, just a little further along the beach than the Birlik. Calis centre is approx 20mins walk along the beach, but don't forget to take a bottle of water with you on your walk. The Dolmus station is approx 15mins walk along the beach.
 

If you like to go exploring the local area provides some truly stunning walks, including the 5 kilometres of Calis Beach. Transportation around the area couldn't be simpler. The Dolmus (Bus) service is frequent and a cheap way to travel around. Or why not try the water taxi from Calis centre to Fethiye (takes approx 30mins) similar cost to the Dolmus and runs every half hour from 9am until midnight in peak season. There are plenty of car and moped hire places in Calis and Fethiye. If you're hiring a car you will need air conditioning. 

This spacious villa is located on a peaceful, private, secure complex consisting of approx 40 villas, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The complex's large pool is very well maintained and literally just a few steps away from the villa. Other amenities include: air conditioning, washing machine, iron & board, linen and towels are provided, however if you are staying for two weeks you may need to wash linen and towels. Please note: towels are for use in the villa only and not to be used at the pool or on the beach. The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival. There are 2 large balconies downstairs, 1 complete with outside shower, the other with table and chairs and a further balcony upstairs with two Ikea rocker chairs. The villa has a television and dvd player. There are two bicycles which you are welcome to use, however, any damage done i.e. punctures, must be repaired prior to leaving. There's a sinlge blow up matress, a travel cot with bedding and a basic buggy.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, horse riding, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema.

Geoff and Angela says: "Villa Dijon is in a quiet area with an excellent pool close by. The villa is very well eqippped with high class fixtures and fittings and very well decorated. Cannot fault any of the rooms, they are practicle and well laid out. Fethiye is easily reached by Dolmus which stops close by. The shingle beach is within five minutes walk with the Birlick restaurant not far up the beach. The Taxi rank is close by if you wish to go to Calis beach where there is a wider choice of restaurants. We often cycled to Calis beach with many thanks to the owners allowing us the use of their cycles. For peace, quiet, and a relaxing holiday it's our best yet."
