This well located complex comprises of 29 three bedroom villas all privately owned, centred around the very large pool area

Our villa is the large end corner plot with our own south-facing garden; we have included all we can in this stylish villa to ensure that you have all that is needed for a luxury holiday and we have a home we can be proud of!

Sun beds with cushions are supplied for the garden area and the main sun terrace at the top of the home, as well as chairs and small tables on each balcony. Table and six chairs are located on the main terrace downstairs with a built in BBQ, as well as a smaller table and chairs for the garden area and a parasol.
 

Ground floor consists of dinning area with large glass table and 6 chairs, lounge with 32” TV (Satellite), a DVD with many films provided and a small library of books. Fully equipped kitchen; oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle as well as cutlery and cooking utensils, glasses etc. also a convenience downstairs WC

The 1st floor houses, a double bedroom with an en-suite and own balcony and a twin bedroom with a full bathroom, on the top floor is another double bedroom with it’s own bathroom and doors leading to 2 sun terraces on each side of the villa. Each bedroom has a CD radio; clock and hairdryers are supplied in each bathroom as well as towels and linens.

We have just installed a Playstation2 with various games for our younger guests - for those very occational rainy days
 

The local Supermarket and nearest restaurant is only a few minutes walk from the villa. You can catch the passing Dolmus (small mini bus) just up the road to Calis Resort itself with a long sand/shingle beach and promenade filled with shops & restaurants as well as hotels and various entertainments. Or if your feeling energetic and it's not to hot the resort is within walking distance from the villa, with a fun water Park also on the way.

Catch the Dolmus the other direction to reach the large busy market town of Fethiye or take the scenic river taxi from Calis takes 30 mins into Fethiye port area highly recommended - the best way to travel!

The locals are extremely friendly and the restaurants cater for all food lovers, from the traditional Turkish to Chinese, with kid’s favourites in the middle and all great value for money to.

Great location to relax at the beach or by the pool or if you’re the energetic type there is plenty of action to go around – water sports, Quad bikes, paragliding, scuba, snorkelling, white water rafting! For people who like to sightsee there are many excursions available from a few hours to a few days, prices are very reasonable and the choice is stunning.

Also have a Playstation 2 - Very large communal swimming pool with separate kiddies pool. Supermarket just off site. three storey end of Terrace villa with it's own South facing garden and Balcony's on each floor as well as 2 roof terraces to assure that you catch the sun any time of the day! Also a ground floor large patio with large round table & 6 chairs as well as another table in chairs in the garden area - sunbeds & cushions also supplied for the garden and top terrace area.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, a west facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, mountain biking, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find skiing/snowboarding, golf, scuba diving, a food shop.
