The ground floor terrace has 2 tables and chairs and a built in BBQ, ideal for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. This luxury three floor villa is comfortably furnished with all the facilities that you will need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. All 3 bedrooms are en-suite and have air-conditioning with plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen is fully fitted and comes complete with dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The villa also has satellite TV/DVD a safe and a washing machine.
 

Calis is a small, laid back holiday resort, with a 6km sand and shingle beach. It is well known for its cooling breeze which is appreciated in the hot summer months and for the Caretta Caretta (Loggerhead) turtles that return every year to nest between May and September. At the south end of the beach is a wetland designated as a bird sanctuary for more than 200 species of birds that stop off on their annual migration. For the more energetic there are plenty of water sports including windsurfing and kitesurfing and Calis has its very own aqua park. Bars and Restaurants line the promenade and offer spectacular views of the famous sunset, a huge golden orb slowly sinking into the glittering sea. Only a 2 minute walk from the Villa.
 

This area is a region of almost indescribable beauty. So many natural features combine to give these shores its special appeal. Among the many natural wonders are pristine turquoise blue waters, innumerable tiny picturesque coves, lush Mediterranean vegetation and a summer of blue skies with hardly a drop of rain from June to September. The bay of Fethiye provides a natural port and harbour and is an important stop for yachtsmen from all over the world.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Andy, Catherine, Melissa & Emily. says: "A spacious, very clean villa within which all one needs for a family holiday, excellent facilities on site in a great local location of the Lycian coast visited by Alexander The Great & Freya Stark. Never ending it seems the choice of cheap restaurants & bars, all very clean & welcoming. Close to the beach (2 minutes walk), locally used, very cheap & plentiful minimarkets (2.5 minutes stroll). Car, bike, horse, jeep, 4 wheel motorbikes (3 minutes lazy walk). Sea sports hire prehaps 10 minutes along the beach. Local, unbelivable cheap Dolmus (buses) to Fethiye & surrounding areas, (1 minute - they stop anywhere at your request). Water taxi to Fethiye (10 minutes walk to the jetty), try the nightime return floating along a silent Med Sea with a cool breeze blowing across under a moon & star lit sky with perhaps the sight of a falling star appearing ! Well worth a visit and a rent of this villa."
