Villa Annirozi is absolutely fabulous luxurious beach side villa, sleeping 8-10 people There are 4 bedrooms & 3 bathroom, all accommodation is spacious and very comfortable.

Location, location, location - Villa Annirozi is situation on the prestigious Seaside Complex right on the beach in Calis and boasts excellent accommodation, set in beautiful landscaped gardens. The living space is very spacious and is excellent for families, plenty of space for the kids, parents & grandparents. Or, ideal for friends sharing as there are 3 bathrooms & 4 loo’s!

The ground floor consists of a huge open plan living space with American style kitchen, fully kitted out including that all important dishwasher. The entrance hall is spacious with ample storage & a downstairs cloakroom. The hallway leads to a great open plan living space, contemporary furnished with ample seating, a hand-made dining table to seat 8, open fireplace and fully equipped with T.V, DVD & CD player. There are 2 sets of double doors leading from the living room to a large terrace which overlooks the main pool. Where you find comfortable patio furniture perfect for alfresco and making the most of the built in bbq.

First floor has 3 bedrooms. The master suite, 1 double & 1 twin and a family shower room.The master suite has a fantastic king-size four poster iron bedstead, dressing room & en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There is a large balcony overlooking the main pool with far reaching sea veiws. The second floor consists of a wonderful large light bedroom with king-sized wrought iron bed, en-suite bathroom & a terrace with magnificent sea & mountain views. This terrace is a favourite place to sip a cool drink and watch the sun go down. There are sun loungers to enjoy the piece & quite. Perfect for a spot of bare sunbathing if you are brave enough.

The main freshwater pool is just outside the villa, you can easy watch the kids from the terrace. There are 2 other fresh water pools & kiddies pool on site. The villa has ample no. of sun-loungers with cushions for our guests use.

The Mediterranean or Turquoise Coast
A beautiful stretch of coastline and holiday haven, where welcoming resorts with top-class facilities and varied entertainment sit perfectly with beautiful natural landscapes and ancient history.

Fethiye is located on the South Western tip of Turkey on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. When viewed from the sea it is back dropped by the Taurus mountain range and in particular Mendos and Babadag mountains. In the winter these mountains are often snow capped which adds to the beauty. The bay is a natural safe harbour for ships and the marina in Fethiye is a popular stopping off point for leisure craft. Fethiye is a lively working Turkish town, great restaurants, good shopping mixed with some fascinating historical & cultural sites.

Calis is 5 kilometres north of Fethiye It’s beach is a wide swathe of sand and pebble that stretches for over four kilometres, stretching down the coast past Kargi and onto Yaniklar. The promenade hosts many excellent restaurants and bars all with lovely views over the bay inlets out to sea. It is laid back resort with something for everyone, great for families children are welcome almost everywhere and great for adults seeking a sun and entertainment. Calis is famous for its stunning sun-sets and its cooling summer breeze.
Whether its sitting in a waterfront café sipping a cup of strong black Turkish coffee in Fethiye or simply lazing on the beach at Calis, these resorts personify relaxation.


Other Places of Interest:

The name Oludeniz means dead sea that refers to its world famous blue lagoon. The lagoon is simply stunning and a great place to swim and cool down in the heat of summer.. This beach provides a range of waters sports and air activities as well as being a great place to soak up the sunshine.
Ovacik Village is 4 km up the mountain from Fethiye and its altitude means its often cooler than Fethiye that is at sea level.

Hisaronu Village is situated between Ovacik and Oludeniz and is a popular destination for package tourists from Europe. Its lively bars and restaurants provides Turkish and international cooking for those who dont want to stray too far from their culinary roots.

Kaya Koy -the village sky line is dominated by the deserted Greek village that was abandoned in 1922 when Turkey and Greece swapped populations from their respective countries. The rest of village is typically Turkish and is a great place to walk around and take in the village life.

Uzumlu -the name means grape in English and refers to its main cash crop. The village centre has numerous small craft shops selling woven items and locally made wine. The local wine house is a pleasant place to try out the local vintage. The village is the starting point for tours to the ancient town of Cadianda high above the village. The population in 2000 was 4,292.

Gocek - at the northern end of Fethiye bay is the harbour of Gocek. The village has grown around the extensive yacht marinas that berth pleasure craft of all sizes and types. Gocek is a great place to visit and watch the rich at play.
 

One thing is for sure, you wont be bored, you can do as much or as little as you like!

Paragliding:
Flying tandem with high experienced licensed pilots from Babadað (1975 mt.) to Belcekýz Beach in 30—40 minutes with enjoying fantastic view of Ölüdeniz. From the hotel to the take off place is about 45 min. Jeep ride on the slope of the mountain. After getting your equipment on, all you have to do is to run a few steps along with the wind and than let yourself go in to the sky. Adrenaline and freedom.

Diving:
The life in the sea has a rich variation from fish, octopos, eels and dolphins. Lots of fauna plants and coral is waiting for underwater photographer’s flashes to show the marvellous colours.

Trekking:
Walking on nomad trails and ancient Lycian paths is best way to see flora richness of Fethiye. Lycian Way starts from Babadað in Ovacýk Village. You just need usual soft—walking material with you. Every hundred meter special boards will show you the right direction and give basic information about the area. Little mountain villages will be on the way, to meet you with their friendly people, even semi nomads. You can try this year the path from Fethiye to Kaþ and see Faralya Village, Pýnara Letoon Xanthos ancient cities on the way and next year from Fethiye to Marmaris to see Caunos ancient city, Turtle’s beach, etc… Spectacular views will highlight your holiday on the “Lycian Way”.

Water Sports:
Windsurf, water ski, parasail, ringo, banana etc… Have fun, get relax and feel happy with such enjoyable water sport activities.

Canoe Kayaking:
Canoeing experience is not essential after instruction take the current down stream. Drift past green meadows, eucalyptus forest, cliffs and finish at Patara Beach, where is 18 km long.

Horse Riding:
Daily rides around the local countryside or Kaya Village. Horses and ponies are for all standards.

Everything is available that you will need for a comfortable relaxing holiday. Great for families or friends sharing. Children & babies welcome. The rental price includes a departure clean. If staying 2 weeks a mid stay change of linen & towels is included. Price includes laundry for one bed change and towel change (1 bath & 1 hand towel) per week. If additional linen is used then a small laundry charge (or alternatively their is a washing machine so you can launder yourself).

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the We have two additional single beds which can accomodate an adult & child.. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Geoff says: "Just returned from staying at Villa Annirozi with my family. The villa was fantastic, well kept clean & very conveniently located, in a quiet location but very close to the beach and a short walk to the local bars & restaurants. The complex is lovely as are the staff on site, very helpful and all speak good English. All the family enjoyed the holiday, there was lots to do in the area, we did get out and about - 12 Island boat trip, trip to Dalyan. We also enjoyed just sitting by the pool. The pool is just outside the villa which was fantastic. All the bedrooms are a good size, the living area & kitchen well equiped & very comfortably. We would reccomend this villa, it is very good value, Lorraine goes out of her way to ensure everything is right & is very helpful. We would definitly look to return. All in all a very good time was had by all."
