Set on a peaceful complex of holiday villas, in a picturesque location and adjacent to secluded beaches, Villa Yasemin is a fully equipped semi-detached villa ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing break. 

Although not actually a private beach, the quiet feel of this beach even in the height of the summer has to be appreciated. Stunning views across the bay provide a splendid backdrop for your swimming in warm sheltered waters. 

Turkish fishermen bring in their hauls of fresh fish. You could rent a rod yourself and try your luck, buy from the splendid harbour or local fish market,or why not take it easy and try one of the many harbourside restaurants where they'll cook it for you to your taste. 

Situated on a well kept complex, with verdant gardens, two large pools, shop/bar/cafe, in a quiet location, with lovely surrounding views and right by the beach-two minutes away.The centre of Calis is a 5 minute bus/taxi journey or 40 minute level walk along the seafront. Car hire recommended.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find wind surfing, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, scuba diving, historic sites.

Diving instruction at nearby Fethiye( 20 mins), also hang-gliding.

Famous "ghost town" of Kaya Koyu, Oludeniz and Sakklikent Gorge within one hours drive.
