The villa is conveniently located between the bustling town of Fethiye and the lovely Calis Beach area. It has four bedrooms easily catering for 10 people, a large well equipped kitchen as well as inside and outside dining area on large shaded terraces which overlook the gardens and swimming pool. The gardens are well established with palm and fruit trees and various flowers and climbing plants. There is off-road parking on the front if required.

The villa has a main pool and a small round shallow childrens pool with a lovely mosaic dolphin in the bottom! The pools are maintained on a daily basis to ensure perfect water quality

Our previous customers always comment on how well equipped and clean the villa is and how well they were looked after by our management company. The property has a smaller shallow childs pool which has safety rails separating it from the main pool. The property has locking gates to prevent children from going into the garden and pool area but still allow access to the terrace if required.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
