The property is situated in a very quiet area, close to a shingle beach. It is ideal for families and couples alike. Even in the height of summer a cool tranquil breeze is blowing to keep you cool. There are restarants and bars available in the area with a very short walk to the beach. 

In the main season a mini bus runs daily to take you to Calis centre or beyond. A taxi sevice is available to collect you from the complex. Car hire is available. Transfers are available from and to Dalaman Airport 

Villa Guzel (Guzel means beautiful in Turkish and is pronounced Jizzelle) Is a 2 bedoomed property with upstairs bathroom and baclonies. Downstairs is a large living area that comprises kitchen and large seating area. The property has benefitted of brand new furniture and all modern conveniences that you wouild expect of a luxury villa. Also comprises downstairs toilet. We supply a full welcome pack and free supermarket shopping trip after your arrival. full cleaning service and laundry refresh are all included in the price. So you can sit back and enjoy your well earned break.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Lounge area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
